We were the authorized distributor for dish TV in the name of Aztec Services for Bhopal & 7 neighboring districts. We were catering to a network of more than 115 dealers across 11 districts of Madhya Pradesh, most of which belong to the consumer durable family.

We were responsible to supply to our dealers Digital Set Top Boxes, Dish antennas, LNB, Viewer cards and other Cables accessories. Our key responsibilities includes ........
|

|
- Delivery of DTH kit to the dealers.
- Appointment of new dealers.
- Keeping sufficient stocks.
- Checking & Forwarding the activation requests to the dealers.
- Conducting promotional activities such as Van operations, Road shows, Tele Calling, Stalls in fares, Door to Door selling, schemes and gifts, Dealers meet etc.
- Controlling Piracy.
- Sending list of pending renewals to all dealers.
- Sending customers deactivated list to dealers for there reactivations.
- Maintaining database & Daily reporting.
- Ensuring that all the promotional material should be used to optimize the sales.

- Collected Rs. 10,000/- against security deposit from more than 50 dealers with in a month.
- Qualified for all the incentive schemes.
- Managed installation team of more than 5 persons.
- Managed direct sales team of more than 10 persons.

- Managed separate customer care and MIS division to service the dealers & customers.
- During our 18 months tenure as distributor we were successful in controlling DTH Piracy.
